Sales Development Representative

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission + health benefits

Location: Downtown Lafayette, IN

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Market Response Representative (MRR) you will be responsible for generating interest in Passageways by creating, contacting, and qualifying Marketing-generated leads using the industries best tools. Your goals are directly proportional to the goals of the Account Executive team, which you will be supporting through delivery of high-quality leads who are interested in further exploring our SaaS solutions. The best way to be successful is by exhibiting a ferocious desire to learn, perform, and rise within the team.

Essential Functions

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly Sales Qualified Lead and Deals Sourced targets
  • Strategize with top-producing Account Executives and Sales Managers to improve performance and processes
  • Initiate conversations with potential client via phone and email outreach
  • Be an active member of the team by sharing learnings
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

Professional Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling complex systems or products
  • Undergraduate degree (preferred)
  • Experience selling SaaS products (preferred)
  • Sold products/services such as: Cutco, Vector, printed adds, insurance, etc.
  • Salesforce.com and Google Apps (preferred)

Title: Director of Projects

Description:

  • Engage with clients, vendors and technical resources for driving various projects within company.
  • Manage customer specific engagements for existing and new opportunities; support customers on business application, infrastructure and technology related activities.
  • Key relationship manager for customers; understand their needs and concerns and work with internal groups to ensure seamless execution on various projects.
  • Work closely with application developers as well as support personnel to align deliveries to customer
  • requirements and expectations.
  • Work closely with internal groups to define product portfolio, roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Support internal stakeholders by ensuring IT projects are strategically aligned and tracked for scheduled delivery.
  • Lead and mentor team of individuals responsible for customer engagement programs.
  • Define, communicate and execute business goals and execution strategy.
  • Support marketing staff with knowledge of information technology combined with business.
  • Telecommuting may be permitted after proven success while working one (1) year with the company.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business/IndustrAdmin/InfoSys/Related, plus 4 years experience.
  • Coursework must include management as well as software analysis/design/programming. 
  • Experience must include 2 years of relevant Project Management experience for entire project lifecycle, 2 years experience in working remotely for distributed delivery, 2 years experience in business process improvement and process reengineering 3 years experience in customer relationship management, 3 years experience in IT product development 2 experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, specifications, etc.)

Cloud Developer

Passageways is looking for a Cloud Developer.

You will need:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Azure
  • Strong parallel programming and algorithm design skills
  • Practical experience load balancing large systems
  • Experience with deploying web applications to Azure or Amazon
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experienced in at least two of: ASP.NET, MVC 4, C#, SQL, No-Sql

It would be awesome if you have these skills too:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field. M.S. welcome.
  • Agile experience preferred

Job location: Lafayette, Indiana

.NET Developer:

Passageways is looking for a .Net Developer to design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications and components. The position will provide support to an elite team of professionals building intuitive intranet software, developing the Passageways portal framework as well as improving and creating modules.

Essential Functions:

  • Custom .NET application development, as well as maintenance on existing applications.
  • Contribute to development team responsible for implementation of web, JavaScript and services applications. .Net framework, rich JavaScript application frameworks, and SQL Server technologies.
  • Design and create simple, maintainable code and comprehensive tests. 
  • Responsible for timely development and delivery of high-quality software in an Agile Scrum based environment.

You will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET (JAVA experience is welcome)
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of object oriented design and patterns
  • Experience developing web applications
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experienced in these technologies: ASP.NET, C#, SQL

It would be awesome if you have these skills too:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • B.S. in Computer Science or related field. M.S. welcome
