Create taskflows once and use them forever! Automate taskflows for routine processes like "New Employee Hiring," and easily manage each of these workflows!

  • Module Highlights

    • Create Taskflows

      Tasks can be created for a multitude of different reasons such as "New Employee Hiring," or "Complaint Resolution." Create the list of tasks within a Portal page for easy access.

    • Delegate Tasks

      Tasks can be delegated to the appropriate employees who will receive alerts when a task is awaiting their attention. Once complete, the employees will electronically sign off of the complete task. All employees will have an individualized queue of tasks that they are responsible for, making it easy for everyone to stay on top of their tasks.

    • Track Tasks

      The Portal will help you in tracking any task or the entire taskflow at all times. This means you can quickly get a high level overview of the lending process or even how new employee tasks are being accomplished.

      This island, displays a high level view for all of the processes you manage and their progress. This island breaks down all tasks for all processes and even graphs out the process for you.

    • My Assigned Tasks

      This island allows individual employees to manage the tasks assigned to them. Trigger an automatic delegation of a task to the appropriate employees.
