Business users can easily create a form utilizing the familiar Rich Text Editor with the added functionality of simply inserting fields such as dates, text boxes and drop down boxes.
Once a form is created, end users can retrieve forms in the Passageways Portal or send in an email. Forms can be distributed on the basis of role, workgroup, or individually.
Forms can also be routed for approval by an employee’s supervisor. Supervisors can “digitally approve” forms using their unique ID within the Portal.
Information and data from each form can be collected through the Portal or in an email.
View the various e-forms that have been created based upon the employee’s role. From this view, e-Forms can even be edited, permission changed, and activated.
e-Forms can easily be created by simply dragging and dropping the required fields into the familiar rich text editor.
Employees will see an island that displays the e-Forms that must be filled out.
