William F. Connors - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Connors joined Passageways as the Chief Executive Officer bringing with him 33 years of credit union experience.

Mr. Connors is also the President/CEO of PEFCU and serves as Chairman of the Board of the Mid-States Corporate Federal Credit Union (a credit union for credit unions), Vice Chairman of the Board of Members Development Company (MDC), as a board member of Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU), and as a member of the Advisory Board of the Friends of Convocations at Purdue University.

Gail J. Koehler - Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Koehler joined Passageways as the Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years experience in the financial services industry.

Mrs. Koehler is Vice President Technology and Retail Delivery at PEFCU. She joined PEFCU in 1991 and is currently responsible for ongoing technology research and development and oversees PEFCU's retail delivery systems. In this capacity, Mrs. Koehler has been instrumental in the development of PEFCU's web services and the state of the art PEFCU One Touch automated branches, utilizing biometric technology for secure account access.

Paroon Chadha - Co-founder and Vice President
Mr. Chadha, co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Implementation was involved in the conception and design of Passageways.

Mr. Chadha has previously consulted for a New York based software consulting firm, working with clients like Prudential Financial. Mr. Chadha has also worked for Wipro Ltd., an India based software solutions giant in sales and marketing roles. Mr. Chadha earned his MBA from Purdue University.

Christopher Beltran - Co-founder and Vice President
Mr. Beltran, co-founder and Vice President of Product Development and Research is the product architect of Passageways and was involved in the conception and technical design of Passageways.

Mr. Beltran has previously consulted for credit unions as well as other portal based projects including Purdue University's IBM WebSphere-based portal implementation, and has considerable experience in Microsoft's .NET platform. Mr. Beltran earned his Bachelor's from Purdue University.
