Passageways Introduces Performance DashboardsTen Credit Unions Already Seeing Huge Benefits
February 20th, 2007 - West Lafayette, IN - Passageways today announced that it has successfully implemented Performance Dashboards at a number of different Credit Unions in the last three months, with many more to follow in the near future. Passageways, the leading provider for Portal and Intranet technology to the credit union industry, began offering Dashboards towards the end of 2006 and have already started to see a great demand.
A Performance Dashboard comprises of multiple performance gauges and are visual management tool to display a "bird's eye view" of financial and business health such as "ROA" or "Member Satisfaction". By integrating performance Dashboards into the Passageways Portal, credit unions are able to further reinforce the organization's objectives and priorities. These dashboards can display dynamic information and deliver it based on the employee's role in the credit union.
