Passageways Announces Release of Bank Holding Portal Solution
West Lafayette, IN. December 13th, 2007 – Passageways, a West Lafayette, Ind.-based portal solutions provider for financial institutions, announced the launch of its Passageways Bank Holding Portal Solution. The solution meets the institution-wide communications needs of holding companies and their subsidiaries.
The Passageways Bank Holding Portal Solution facilitates and centralizes collaborative communication among bank employees, as well as storing role-specific resources and industry-relevant applications in easy-to-reach locations.
The portal is available in two delivery formats: in-house or hosted. The standard in-house solution places the portal on the holding company’s existing server or a newly purchased one. The hosted solution provides the use of the Passageways software and hosting with a one-time set-up fee and an affordable monthly fee. This software as a service (SaaS) solution, which can serve an unlimited number of users, supports the use of the Passageways Portal Framework as well as most of the Passageways modules.
