All Passageways customers will be assigned to a project manager. Typically your Project Manager will help you with:

• Maintaining and adhering to a customized project plan
• Coordinating Installation and configuration needs
• Drawing out a suitable training plan, including onsite and eTrainings
• Facilitating portal content creation and population
• Applying best practices to fit your needs
• Conducting project coordinating meeting

In addition to this, through a discussion forum you always will have access to other Passageways project managers. This community of over 100 project managers regularly share best practices and this active forum gets a lot of input from Passageways staff as well.

Besides this, our annual conference draws a majority of our portal project managers, where you can meet and learn from other Passageways success stories!
