All Passageways customers will be assigned to a project manager. Typically your Project Manager will help you with:
- Maintaining and adhering to a customized project plan
- Coordinating Installation and configuration needs
- Drawing out a suitable training plan, including onsite and eTrainings
- Facilitating portal content creation and population
- Applying best practices to fit your needs
- Conducting project coordinating meeting
In addition to this, through a discussion forum you always will have access to other Passageways project managers. This community of over 100 project managers regularly share best practices and this active forum gets a lot of input from Passageways staff as well.
Besides this, our annual conference draws a majority of our portal project managers, where you can meet and learn from other Passageways success stories!
