Active Directory Synchronization performs a once per day update between both the active directory and the passageways portal. This synchronization can take place at any time or schedule that the administrator defines.

The Active Directory Synch will synch a large range of data from Log In and user info and residence, to location and contact information. This can include all forms of phone information, website information, and position within the company.

Easily Add Users
When a new user within Active Directory logs into the portal for the first time, their portal account will automatically be created at that time. This greatly simplifies the process of adding new members within the portal.

Simplified Way to Remove Users
What happens when you need to remove a user from both the portal and active directory? By removing a user form the active directory they will be removed from the portal as well. If the removed user is a workgroup manager in the portal, you will be able to assign a temporary workgroup manager in their place.
