Paroon Chadha co-founded Passageways in 2003 and continues to lead its business strategy. He led Passageways sales team to be named in the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing businesses in America, in 2008. He was named one of the top 10 Young Professionals Under 40 by Tippy Connect, Indiana. Paroon is a frequent speaker at conferences and has been widely published in several magazines. He was named in the Hall of Fame at Purdue University as a Purdue Innovator, in 2013.
Anne Wertz joined Passageways in February, 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist. After serving customers in that capacity, she joined the developer team as a QA Specialist. Her passion for Customer Service brought her back into Customer Support as a Manager. Anne earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ball State University. She brings to Passageways over 5 years of programming experience and over 15 years of customer service experience.
Stephanie Scott leads the Customer Success Management team at Passageways. She joined Passageways in 2007 with 13 years of customer service experience in multiple business sectors including legal and financial services. She now serves as Vice President leading customer success and account growth across our customer base. Since joining Passageways, she has worked with customers to implement over 300 portals and strategic projects. Stephanie has a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University.
Paul Lockhart is the Vice President of Sales. He joined Passageways in 2015 with over 25 years of sales experience. He is a seasoned and dynamic leader who motivates and inspires sales teams with a positive and team-oriented attitude. A forward-thinking professionals with an unwavering dedication to customers and their success.
Matt Maxwell is the Director of Business Development, having joined Passageways in 2010 through an entrepreneurship program at Purdue University. He has a passion for Business Development and growth. He began in lead generation where he grew sales in and expanded markets. As Director of Business Development he is intensely focused on recruiting and developing the lead generation team. Outside of Passageways he loves judging business plan competitions and working with startups to define new markets.
David Alder is the Director and Product Manager of OnBoard. He joined Passageways in 2015 to lead the OnBoard team and drive innovation. He is a leader who believes it is of critical importance to build a culture of creativity. Through processes of ideation, planning and execution, David leads a team of dedicated engineers creating a product which is truly changing how meetings are conducted, information is communicated and business is accelerated.
Rashmi is responsible for customer account growth through marketing and innovative additions to our customer's portals. She joined Passageways in 2009. Prior to joining Passageways she worked at Capgemini for 4 years in Asia and Europe. Her experience in the IT industry spans various functions including customer relationship management, delivery management, project management and product development. She now heads the Consulting Services and Inside Sales teams. She has an undergrad degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from Krannert School, Purdue University.
Bill Arnold is Passageways Chief Information Security Officer. He has more than twenty years of experience in leadership roles in Information Security & Technology. These leadership roles include as the Chief Information Officer at Service Credit Union and Vice President of Information Technology at Purdue Federal.
David Worley is the Director of Channel Partners and Alliances. He joined Passageways in April of 2017 with over 20 years of sales, channel development, marketing, operations and systems experience. He is a seasoned leader with experience working for some of the largest companies globally including Avaya, Verizon, AT&T, Interactive Intelligence and Genesys. David has a Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University in Psychology as well as a Master's of Science in Information & Communication Sciences and a MBA (Marketing focus) all from Ball State University. David is passionate about collaboration and intends to take that focus to continue establishing Passageway's Channel Partners and Alliances Program. David is married with 3 children and in his downtime he enjoys outdoor activities including running, fishing and golfing as well as cheering on his favorite basketball team…the Kentucky Wildcats.
