Marketing Operations Manager 

 Overview:

Passageways is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for the technical infrastructure that supports all marketing programs; including marketing tools and technology, process, data analysis, and governance. The Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing automation platforms; interfaces with CRM systems; supports marketing demand generation programs; manages marketing technology stack; refines and advances strategy for assessing impact of marketing programs through development of standard and custom reports, KPIs, dashboards, and processes to track progress and improve marketing effectiveness.

Location: Lafayette, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms for the marketing team and implement segments, campaigns, templates, emails, and programs.
  • Data support - Support of lead list preparation, data cleansing, and database updates for all acquired leads from such sources as trade shows, web advertising, webinars, and channel partner events, etc.
  • Campaign fulfillment - Provide marketing campaign fulfillment through creation of email templates, execution of weekly campaigns via marketing automation applications
  • Reporting - Build, manage and maintain reports within Marketo and SFDC to track ROI and success metrics for every campaign
  • Data Analysis - Ability to work with marketing team to assess areas of exceptional performance or critical issues relating to demand gen activities such as landing pages, affiliate campaigns, lead nurtures, display channels, website optimization, and call to actions
  • Event Management – work with a cross functional team to plan and implement trade show logistics including shipping, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Technology Enhancement – Define, communicate, and implement new features and functionality of marketing automation platforms with the goal of continuously enhancing Sales/Marketing processes Interface with IT, Salesforce.com and sales operations to understand processes and source systems
  • Website and Blog Management – Manage and maintain website and blog. Track and report site metrics. 

Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 1 year experience with Salesforce
  • 1 year experience with Marketo or Hubspot
  • Experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics.
  • Has previous experience in marketing or marketing operations role (ideally in high-tech B2B industry)

Front-End Software Engineer

Overview:

The Front-End Software Engineer will be responsible developing next-generation SaaS applications. The ideal candidate has a passion for building maintainable, scalable, and beautiful applications, with heavy emphasis on optimizing user experience, solving problems, and delighting customers and business stakeholders.

The engineer must be able to break down complex problems, and design elegant, easy-to-maintain solutions that are resilient and robust. Must be comfortable working in an existing codebase with a highly capable team of engineers and designers. The DevOps Engineer designs and architects systems, standards and techniques for scalable public facing internet applications, and manages the CI/CD pipeline, performance and operations.

The candidate possesses that rare blend of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.

From brainstorming through implementation, the Product Designer will work with members of the design team, as well as our engineering, marketing, and QA groups. The candidate has the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions. She or he is an effective diplomat with strong communication and organizational skills who is willing to prove him/herself within a company of talented individuals.

The Product Designer is a key player in determining the future design direction of Passageways’ apps. We are looking for a visionary designer who is ready to and capable of taking software design to the next level.

Software Support Specialist

The SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST reports to the Technical Support Manager and provides tier-two level support for all Passageways’ products for customers and internal employees. This position involves troubleshooting product software and technical issues for existing customers, performing installations of products for new customers, and providing internal product support for Passageways’ employees as well. Attention to detail and professional communication skills are essential for employees in this position. Applicants must be willing to work different shift schedules and be available for 24x7 On Call. Passageways is a HIPAA compliant organization so applicants must also get certified training.

Report to: Software Support Manager

LocationHeadquarters (Downtown Lafayette, IN)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting software bugs and data-related issues for customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues resulting from environmental issues (i.e. network, IIS, virus scanning etc.)
  • Respond to customer inquiries through the support ticketing system by email, chat, telephone, and meeting software for all products
  • Prioritize support cases and inform customers of ticket status, progress, timelines throughout the process of the ticket
  • Maintain and create articles to clearly communicate issues, steps to resolve, and tips for customers and internal agent use
  • Assist customers in understanding and training on new enhancements and features of the software
  • Assist in creating documentation to cover support topics, enhancement and version upgrade notices, and other customer related items

Skills and experience required include:

  • Strong desire to help people and provide quality customer service
  • Must have strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and can prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks
