Job Title: VP Finance / CFO


Passageways is seeking a Chief Financial Officer/ VP Finance with established experience in a dynamic and high growth environment within the SaaS industry. This individual should be an executive with demonstrated entrepreneurial tendencies who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment, dealing with complex issues, equity fundraising, managing M&A processes and takes pride in understanding the details of the business. The Chief Financial Officer will possess exceptional intellectual, interpersonal and communication skills. He/she must be someone who has a high level of credibility with the organizations that they have led and the external relationships they have built. He/she must be capable of building respect and confidence for the company’s team with customers, suppliers, analysts and board members. It would also be highly valuable if this executive had experience directly managing additional G&A functions such as IT and Legal. Professional Qualifications :

Due to our rapid growth in this fast-paced market, there is a profound need to bring someone on board who can take our organization to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the following key traits:

  • Expertise and proven leadership skills gained through a track record of operational and financial excellence in Internet, software or SaaS technology companies.
  • Strong prior operational finance experience, preferably within both a start-up and at scale. Prior hands-on responsibility and accountability for the Legal, IT, G&A functions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of structuring and implementing processes and controls in the finance functions to ensure highly-reliable, predictable outcomes. Evidence of creating and operating a stable, predictable finance organization in rapidly changing and growing businesses.
  • Strategic Focus – The CFO will be asked to evaluate and enhance the current business model and metrics that measure the company’s performance. The candidate should lead with a deep experience in FP&A versus accounting.
  • Skilled at structuring and negotiating complex financial transactions and business arrangements with direct experience negotiating, structuring and successfully closing credit facilities is critical.
  • Experience raising and structuring deals across multiple forms of capital including, but not limited to, debt and equity.
  • Experience in delivering products and services internationally as well as setting up international company locations.
  • Team player and motivator with proven experience hiring, mentoring, motivating and leading high-performance teams. Ability to access strengths and weaknesses of individuals in each of the finance roles, and attract and retain top talent.
  • Highly credible within the technology industry. Strong credentials with the financial industry, including venture capitalists, analysts, bankers, regulators, accountants, auditors and other relevant personnel. Proven ability to instill confidence with these constituencies.

Job Title: Product Designer


Passageways’ Design Team is seeking a Product Designer to work on consumer and enterprise software applications for the Web, Android and iOS. The ideal candidate is a brilliant problem solver, quick study, self starter, and excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it. The candidate possesses that rare blend of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.

From brainstorming through implementation, the Product Designer will work with members of the design team, as well as our engineering, marketing, and QA groups. The candidate has the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions. She or he is an effective diplomat with strong communication and organizational skills who is willing to prove him/herself within a company of talented individuals. The Product Designer is a key player in determining the future design direction of Passageways’ apps. We are looking for a visionary designer who is ready to and capable of taking software design to the next level.

The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all the roles of the Salesforce CRM administrator including managing and maintaining databases, managing licenses, setting up profiles, installing company apps, create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce.com objects and function
  • Manage data entry workflows and maintain data integrity (i.e. updating ownership, managing duplicates, missing data, ensuring data is properly segmented for targeting purposes)
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards. Produce ad hoc reports to help sales management drive results and uncover trends
  • Maintain the territory management data (i.e. maps, assignment rules with Salesforce.com)
  • Working with leadership to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Develop training content and deliver training classes for new hires as well as existing team members on changes to system.
  • Serve as primary support for all teams to assist with questions on internal systems and workflows
  • Document and maintain potential new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions, as well as document business processes, and functional requirements

  • 2- 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 2 year of sales, marketing, and/or CRM experience, especially with a familiarity with business to business processes and sales cycles
  • Salesforce.com certified Admin preferred
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
