Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaign design, implementation, and optimization across multiple channels. The person in this role will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and Content Manager, as well as the sales team, and create campaigns to define objectives, understand buyer personas and buyers’ journey, and execute the campaigns that meet and exceed the business objectives.

Passageways is looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable in customer acquisition, and data-driven marketing. This person may also drive new pilots programs and learning initiatives for the wider demand generation and marketing team.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Location: Lafayette, IN

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing plans and campaign calendars designed to achieve quarterly MQL goals and translate into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to develop outbound campaign strategies for team and own end-to-end execution from awareness to lead generation to pipeline acceleration to cross-selling.
  • Track success metrics and pipeline contribution from all marketing programs, consistently delivering executive reporting.
  • Work with sales, product and customer success leaders to craft thought leadership messaging that can be extended to speaking opportunities, PR and influencer outreach, blog posts and social amplification.
  • Develop a content plan and create marketing assets each quarter to drive awareness, capture leads and accelerate the sales process (examples include ebooks, white papers, infographics, guides, digital tools, etc.).
  • Guide the regular execution of email campaigns — defining audiences, content, calls-to-action, and overseeing the health of the database. Advise on the design of workflows, system integrations and ongoing optimization.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid advertising, SEO, remarketing, and lead capture on the website.
  • Optimize lead nurture programs and support BDR prospecting, ABM, and sales acceleration programs as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees in related fields is plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign planning and execution for B2B Solutions.
  • Work experience in SaaS industry is plus
  • Experience working in the cross-functional environment with sales, product marketing and content syndication

Job Title: Copywriter

Our growing, high energy, marketing team is looking for a Copywriter. Under the guidance of a Senior Copywriter, you’ll write the words that help define the Passageways brand. You’ll be creating the stories and narratives that appear on the Passageways website, you’ll generate provocative thought leadership materials, and write content that appears on various other digital platforms. You’ll write headlines (and lots of them), blog posts, webinar descriptions, product release information, and more. You’ll also obsess over every word, caption, button, and link that help our customers and prospects understand the unique value of the Passageways brand.  

Reports to: Senior Copywriter

Location: Lafayette, IN

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Senior Copywriter, partnering closely with them throughout the process, on all aspects of a project.
  • Help come up with creative ways to launch products, tell customer stories, and build out websites — all firmly rooted in the content strategy.
  • Work with product teams to translate technical features into meaningful customer benefits.
  • Master the Passageways tone of voice and deliver copy that makes advanced technology easy to understand.
  • Master the Passageways visual storytelling format.

Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Market Response Representative (MRR) you will be responsible for generating interest in Passageways by creating, contacting, and qualifying Marketing-generated leads using the industries best tools. Your goals are directly proportional to the goals of the Account Executive team, which you will be supporting through delivery of high-quality leads who are interested in further exploring our SaaS solutions. Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Downtown Lafayette, IN

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that wants to be a part of something solid and growing. Most importantly you love to drive the quantity and quality of marketing qualified leads to handoff to our growing Sales Team. You will assist in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The position will report to the Demand Gen Manager and support our sales & marketing team to drive the growth and quality of marketing qualified leads.

A Digital Marketing Manager should have an effective comprehension of modern marketing tools and strategies. They will be engaged in developing the organization’s multi-channel communication strategies. They will be reliable for developing the strategy used in online marketing of the products, operating social media, web analytics, E-mail marketing and SEO, among others. They may also assemble several online promotions and e-mailing campaigns, as well as perform customer research to ascertain ways of contacting customers via Internet. This is more of an operations and analytics than creative role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day execution and optimization of performance marketing channels including website SEO, paid social, email marketing and retargeting

Software Support Specialist:

The SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST reports to the Technical Support Manager and provides tier-two level support for all Passageways’ products for customers and internal employees. This position involves troubleshooting product software and technical issues for existing customers, performing installations of products for new customers, and providing internal product support for Passageways’ employees as well. Attention to detail and professional communication skills are essential for employees in this position. Applicants must be willing to work different shift schedules and be available for 24x7 On Call. Passageways is a HIPAA compliant organization so applicants must also get certified training.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting software bugs and data-related issues for customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues resulting from environmental issues (i.e. network, IIS, virus scanning etc.)
  • Respond to customer inquiries through the support ticketing system by email, chat, telephone, and meeting software for all products
  • Prioritize support cases and inform customers of ticket status, progress, timelines throughout the process of the ticket
  • Maintain and create articles to clearly communicate issues, steps to resolve, and tips for customers and internal agent use
  • Assist customers in understanding and training on new enhancements and features of the software
  • Assist in creating documentation to cover support topics, enhancement and version upgrade notices, and other customer related items
