OnBoard Referral Program Terms and Conditions
When you refer a new customer to Passageways you’ll be presented the option of receiving a reward yourself or sending the reward to an organization of your choice. The reward will be $50 gift card or $50 credit to your OnBoard account for each verified name and email you submit and an additional $500 gift card or $500 credit to your OnBoard account when the referral purchases OnBoard. Once your referral becomes a customer, you are eligible to receive rewards for all Qualified Referrals and for all Eligible Sales.
Passageways Corporation Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The OnBoard Referral Program (the “Program”) is a long-term referral program that enables Qualified Referrer to earn Rewards by recommending OnBoard to Eligible Referrals. To participate, you must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) and our Privacy Policy.
- Definitions
1.1. “Referrer” anyone who refers OnBoard to another individual using the form embedded above.
1.2. “Current Customer” means an organization that is already a user or subscriber to the OnBoard service.
1.3. “Pending Customer” means an organization that is considering purchasing OnBoard and is in active discussion with the OnBoard team.
1.4. “Qualified Referral” means any potential user of Passageways OnBoard, who is neither a Current Customer nor Pending Customer of Passageways, who is not a Referrer, whom we are able to make contact with; and an individual who is actively involved with work involving a board of directors, including but not limited to: creating, administrating, assembling, or actively supporting the board of directors or a committee thereof; a current member of a board of directors; a Chief Experience Officer in a position to engage in board activities.
1.5. “Eligible Sale” means the purchase of OnBoard from Passageways by a Qualified Referral closed within 6 months of the date of referral and paid within 30 days of the date of invoice.
1.6. “Reward” means either an eGift Card or credit to your organization’s account.
- Referral Reward System
2.1. For each Qualified Referral submitted, Passageways will fulfill a Reward for the corresponding Referrer in an amount based on the number of Qualified Referrals submitted.
2.2. The value of the Reward will be $50 for each Qualified Referral.
2.3. The value of the Reward will be $500 for each Eligible Referral.
2.4. Once Passageways has verified the authenticity and established contact with the names and emails provided, the Qualified Referral reward will be fulfilled. If the referrer chose a gift card or charitable donation, they will receive an email with more information on how to access their reward. If the referrer chose to use the referral reward as a credit, it will be applied to their OnBoard account.
2.5. Qualified Referrals who purchase OnBoard within 6 months of the date of referral and paid within 30 days of the date of invoice will be deemed an Eligible Sale and the reward will be sent to the referrer’s email or credited to the referrer’s OnBoard account.
- Taxes and Fees
3.1. If you receive a Reward under the Program, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.
- Release of Liability
4.1. By participating in the Program, you release Passageways and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all Rewards.
- Severability
5.1. If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Termination and Change
6.1. Passageways may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program in its sole discretion at any time, for any reason.
6.2. Passageways reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
7. Program Updates
7.1. Passageways can update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
