Watch Now

The current public health crisis has created a fiscal disaster for the government. Across the country, state and local leaders are assessing priorities, contemplating furloughs, and evaluating how they can continue to maintain services in the face of revenue shortfalls. The full effect on state and local budgets has still yet to unfold and the impact and timing will differ amongst communities based factors such as their industrial base, or how their tax and revenues are structured, collected and distributed.

As your organization prepares for the difficult choices ahead, we bring to you an opportunity to learn strategies from former budget leaders and local government advisors.

Jason Dudich, former Budget Director for the State of Indiana and former Chief of Staff to the Mayor and Controller for the City of Indianapolis and Manny Herceg, Partner at Taft Law joined Adarsh Mantravadi, from OnBoard to discuss strategies on how government bodies can plan and respond to the budget fallout.
