OnBoard Product Referral Terms & Conditions
When you refer a new customer to Passageways you’ll be presented the option of receiving a reward yourself or sending the reward to an organization of your choice. The reward will be $50 for each referral you make where the referred party begins a free trial with OnBoard.
Passageways Corporation Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The OnBoard Referral Program (the “Program”) is a long-term referral program that enables Qualified Referrer to earn Rewards by recommending OnBoard to Eligible Referrals. To participate, you must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) and our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
1.1. “Referrer” anyone who refers OnBoard to another individual using the form
1.2. “Qualified Referral” means any potential user of Passageways OnBoard, who is neither a current nor pending customer of Passageways, who is not a Referrer, whom we are able to make contact with and start a free trial with; and an individual who is actively involved with work involving a board of directors, including but not limited to: creating, administrating, assembling, or actively supporting the board of directors or a committee thereof.
1.4 “Reward” means an Amazon eGift Card purchased for the Amazon website or a Starbucks eGiftcard. Alternatively, if you so elect, a monetary donation will be made to the chosen organization for the equivalent amount.
2.1. For each Qualified Referral submitted, Passageways will purchase a Reward for the corresponding Referrer in an amount based on the number of Qualified Referrals submitted.
2.2. The value of the Reward will be $50 for each Qualified Referral.
2.3. Once Passageways has verified the authenticity, established contact with the names and emails provided and initiated a trial with the potential new customer, the Qualified Referral reward will be sent to your email address or the chosen organization.
3.1. If you receive a Reward under the Program, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it
4.1. By participating in the Program, you release Passageways and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all Rewards.
5.1. If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
6.1. Passageways may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason.
6.2. Passageways reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
7.1. Passageways can update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
